Is ALMAS free?
Yes. The Free plan costs nothing, shows no ads and needs no credit card. It includes all five departments (Administration, Legal, Marketing, Accounting and Sales), the AI assistant, AI file analysis, the MCP server and API keys for up to 3 people, with 2 GB of files and 500 thousand AI tokens a month. Paid plans start at $29 a month for the whole company.
What are the limits, and what happens when I reach one?
Each plan includes a number of users, file storage, AI tokens and AI employee hours (Free: 3 users, 2 GB, 500 thousand AI tokens a month and no AI employee hours; Team: 15 users, 25 GB, 5 million AI tokens and 20 AI employee hours; Business: 50 users, 100 GB, 20 million AI tokens and 100 AI employee hours). At 95% of any allowance ALMAS shows a warning. At 100% it shows a banner but keeps working. 5% above the allowance, new activity on that limit — an invitation, an upload, an AI request — is paused until you upgrade. Nothing you already saved is ever deleted or locked.
Is ALMAS suitable for professional, everyday use?
Yes. It is built for running a company day to day: invoices with public payment links, multi-currency transactions at historical exchange rates, contracts, lawsuits and patents, projects and tasks with a review loop, hiring and a sales pipeline — with roles, per-record permissions, an audit trail and two-factor sign-in. Team ($29/month, up to 15 people) adds AI employees, the AlmasFS drive and chat support; Business ($99/month, up to 50 people) adds a dedicated support contact and training sessions.
How is ALMAS different from Odoo, Bitrix24 or ERPNext?
ALMAS is one platform rather than a set of apps: Legal (contracts, lawsuits, patents) sits next to sales and accounting, and every company gets its own isolated database. The AI is part of the product: it answers from your data, can drive the screen for you, reads the documents you drop in, can be hired as an AI employee, and any external agent can connect through the built-in MCP server with a permission-scoped key. Plans are priced per company, not per user.
How much does AI usage cost?
Every plan includes a monthly AI allowance for the assistant and document analysis: 500 thousand tokens on Free, 5 million on Team and 20 million on Business. When you need more, move to the next plan.
How do I create my first invoice?
Sign up, open Accounting → Invoices and create a new invoice. Pick the client company, add the lines and save. Each invoice has a public payment link you can send to the client.
How do I connect Claude or another AI agent?
Create an API key in your profile (API keys), choose what it may do, then add https://mcp.almas.cloud as a remote MCP server in Claude Desktop, Claude Code or any MCP client, with the key as a Bearer token. The agent can only do what the key's owner can do, and every call is recorded.
Can I take my data out?
Yes. Every list exports to CSV, chat history exports as an encrypted archive, and the whole workspace can be exported as a backup.
Does ALMAS show ads?
No. ALMAS shows no ads on any plan, including Free, and your data is never sold. It is paid for by the Team and Business plans.
